What an AMAZING offer!

I’ve got a great story about why homeowners shouldn’t always believe what they read.

One of the contracts that our company has written this past week was from a homeowner who had questions about our labor warranty. 

It seems as though there is an AMAZING company in Central Virginia who claims in a mailer that James Hardie Building Products guarantees the installation of HardiePlank Siding by that AMAZING company.  That absolutely AMAZING offer is a little less than truthful as the homeowner soon discovered. 

Now, we’ve always known that James Hardie is a great company that makes great siding products, but the only recognition that James Hardie Building Products gives any company is as a Preferred Remodeler.  They DO NOT give any installation warranty’s.  It’s up to individual home improvement companies to offer labor warranty’s.

My advice is to only have a James Hardie Preferred Remodeler install your HardiePlank siding.  Better yet have a VIP Preferred Remodeler install your HardiePlank siding.  That way you can’t fall for any AMAZING tall tales about installation warranties that don’t exist.
